Sample Program Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
The Split Second sample program ends when supplies are exhausted or by May 20, 2021 whichever occurs first (“Offer Period”). Offer open to legal residents of the lower 48 states United. Paid Partners and Employees of Split Second Beauty (“Sponsor”) and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies, are not eligible to participate. For those residing outside of the lower 48 states, please email info@splitsecondbeauty.com to determine if the feasibility of receiving a sample to your area.
How to Participate
To receive one (1) 3 in 1 Intensive Cleanser Sample, while supplies last, visit splitsecondbeauty.com (the “Website”) and follow the directions provided to complete and submit the offer registration form. Not combinable with any other offer and cannot be redeemed for cash. Not transferable. Void where prohibited by law.
Redemption
Samples will be mailed within six (6) weeks from date offer request is submitted to the mailing address specified on the online offer form. Limit one (1) offer per person, email account and address / household for the entire Offer Period. We do not ship to PO boxes. Offer requests generated by script, macro, or other automated or improper means are void. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or undelivered samples. Split Second Beauty is not responsible for tracking the delivery of samples. Offer recipients are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if any. This Offer is in no way sponsored, endorsed or associated with any social media platform (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.) Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Offer should be directed to Sponsor. Offer is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
Disclosures
If you post a comment or write a review, you must 1) disclose that a sample was given to you by Split Second Beauty (e.g., “I received a sample” or #ReceivedSample); 2) provide an honest opinion of the product based on your actual use; 3) have all the necessary rights, including copyright, trademarks or third party permissions to do so. Comments and reviews including emails or videos can be sent to info@splitsecondbeauty.com for a chance to be featured on Split Second Beauty’s instagram, website, YouTube or other social media outlets. By providing this material you agree that Split Second Beauty may use it at their discretion for marketing purposes.
Samples that are part of this program will be in sample packaging, which differs from that of products you would purchase. Samples will contain labels and indicators that they may not be sold. In contrast, you can expect products you would purchase to be in fully decorated tubes with boxes.
Samples are being offered so that you may fully enjoy trying the product out. Should you experience any problems when using the product, discontinue use immediately.
General Conditions
Offer may be withdrawn without prior notice. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, or undelivered samples; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the offer, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the offer, the processing of offer requests, or in any offer-related materials. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or printer related to or resulting from participating in this offer or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the offer, as solely determined by splitsecondbeauty.com, will be disqualified. Should any portion of the offer be, in splitsecondbeauty.com’s sole opinion, compromised by bugs, virus, worms, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, which, in the sole opinion of splitsecondbeauty.com, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or submission of information, splitsecondbeauty.com reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate the offer. By participating, you agree (i) to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of splitsecondbeauty.com which are final and binding, and (ii) to release and hold harmless splitsecondbeauty.com, their parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively “Released Parties”) against any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this offer or acceptance and use of the sample.

Sponsor will be collecting personal data about participants online, in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review the Sponsor’s privacy policy at www.splitsecondbeauty.com. By participating in the offer, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy.
